Kaasserie Friday Tasting

Kaasserie Friday tasting is an invitation to enjoy a special selection of cheeses from six different countries. A variety of flavours paired with foods to complement them and the possibility of wines to combine. 

Upon arrival, guests will be served a plate with cheeses from Mediterranean countries, representing the beginning of cheese history. Each person will receive a card with a tasting wheel with which they can experience cheese flavours and notes. There will be more food and cheeses served on the table. The second part of the event continues with Northern European countries, following up in the growth of this amazing food and going into more complex, rich flavours. 

All Kaasserie workshop tables go to the back and we create one long table where 20 people will be seated around to share a cozy evening of enjoying and discovering amazing cheeses and their history.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable evening, the event will be managed by two hosts who will oversee the preparation, hosting, and clean-up.

The cost of this immersive tasting experience is 52 euros per person without wine and 65 euros with wine, guests will be able to indulge in a variety of cheeses, learn about their history, and enjoy an evening of good company. 

The tasting sessions will be held every Friday from 18:00 to 20:00, starting May 24th. This gives plenty of opportunities for cheese lovers to find a suitable date to join us.
