Brown Norwegian cheese

During last workshop, on May 21st, we were busy making cheese and talking about cheese related things, of course, and some participants shred their experience with Brunost, a brown cheese from Norway. It's made from whey and looks like caramel and is indeed sweet! It' apparently great when in the snow. It does looks like something great to have around when it's really cold. Can's wait to try it!
