Marta participated in the May 7 workshop. She is from Venezuela and, as I mentioned in her workshop's post, she missed the queso de mano. She sent me an email telling me about her experience in her workshop and that by trying recipes, she found her cheese!
"In my opinion the workshop is fabulous, It took away my fear of the world of cheeses, which I always thought was more complicated or required special equipment. It helped me so much to dare play by myself that I am already experimenting with making my cheese by hand, and it has come very close to what I wanted! :)"
